JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to oversee the technical aspects of our events. You will be responsible for managing the technical production across the entire tour, ensuring that every element is in place and functioning optimally, while adhering to deadlines and safety standards.

RESPONSABILITIES
  • Supervise all technical aspects of the show:set design, lighting, sound, costumes, and video.
  • Organize and coordinate the transportation, installation, and dismantling of equipment at each venue.
  • Manage the technical teams (stage managers, sound/lighting technicians, production assistants, etc.) and ensure their efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards for artists, the team, and the audience at all tour venues.
PRINCIPAL TASKS

Pre-Production
• Venue analysis
• Adapt sets, lighting, and stages to the constraints of different venues.• Draft technical documentation.
• Ensure that all necessary equipment is in good condition and ready fortransport.

During the Tour
• Oversee installation and dismantling:
• Manage the assembly of sets and equipment.
• Ensure maintenance and repair of equipment.

Post-Tour
• Conduct technical review.
• Provide feedback to production to improve future processes.

QUALITIES REQUIRED
  • In-depth technical knowledge: sound, lighting, machinery, video, etc.
  • Ability to manage teams and make quick decisions.
  • Ability to handle unforeseen issues and adapt to different environments.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders (artists, technicians, venue managers).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Vectorworks, and Asana (a plus).
  • Proficiency in English.
